- What is iCantara return policy?
Ans-
- With each order, we give free returns. There is 30 days period before which you must return the shipment, but the goods must be "mint," "brand new," "unused" so that after they have come back to our shop, we will restock the items again and re-sell them again.
- Our processing team can check your pieces for any evidence of loss or wear/tear until they have been returned.
- If we acknowledge your order as "brand-new," "mint," "unworn," then your order will be restored, and we will refund and notify you of the restoration of your order and refund of order.
- For Accidental order customer must pay for return fee
- For Accidental order customer must pay 15% restocking fees.
- What is the process for returning an item?

- Print and place the permission slip into the container given to you by our customer service representative.
- Our customer service representatives would require you to return using the cheapest delivery alternative to a warehouse address given by our customer service representative after your request has been initiated.
- In any scenario, you'll pay the cost of return delivery.
- What duration does it in completion of the return process?
